OFFICE MANAGER

Fast growing firm based in the Greek Campus in Downtown, Cairo is in need of a Full-Time OFFICE MANAGER to work approximately 40+ hours weekly. Ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail is important. You must be dependable, energetic, self-motivated, minimum of two years’ experience in similar position is a must.
Requirements:
1. Excellent organizational and time management skills;
2. Strong interpersonal, good written and communication skills.
3. ability to work on your own initiative;
4. Team player, self-starter and ability to multi-task.
5. good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;
6. the capacity to priorities tasks and work under pressure;
7. ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks;
8. attention to detail;
9. flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
10. problem-solving skills and project management ability.
