Job Position: Customer Service Agent for '' Waffle Maker ''
Requirements:
1) Graduates Only
2) Preferred Age: 23-30
3) Very good command of English Language
4) Excellent communication Skills and Negotiation Skills
5) Very good Computer Skills
Job Description:
· Handle inbound calls
· Answer customer inquiries and complaints
· Handle and log customers requests
· Log all complaints and inquires received
Salary:
Net salary: 1500 EGP
Working Hours:
· From 4pm to 3am (Rotaional shift )
· 2 day off ( Rotational )
Work Place:
