Sales Manager needed for a big food industrial company at AlObour City
Responsibilities
• Implements our sales plans by developing field sales (open a new Market) and follow up customers.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping.
• Responsible for achieving the factory sales target.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.

Qualifications
• Previous experience at sales for F.m.c.g products.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills .and able to communicate with all levels of the business.
• Problems solving and challenges.
• Ability to lead others and influence and drive changes
• High tolerance for stress and ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision making under pressure.
