About the Job
-Handling telephone and mobile calls, recording customers data, direct following up with brokers, and report the results.
-Organizing meetings and appointments.
-Follow Up of the Attendance sheet & the Vacations Requisitions.
-Manage the tasks of office boys and follow up on office cleanliness.
-Writing all kinds of documents and preparing contracts.
-Support brokers to reach organization goals.
-Implement all administrative tasks related to all kinds of customers (Salesmen, vendors, lessors, and renters)
