Sales Specialist

A leading company in the field of Occupational Health and Safety is seeking
A Sales Specialist - Job Code SS/03
Job Requirements
•Promotes, Demonstrates and Sells the company's products to current and prospective customers.
•Initiates innovative approaches to sell products or services.
•Coordinates after-sales services.
•Ensures delivery of products on time.
•Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the company’s products.
•Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
•Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
•Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
•Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in same position.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
•Familiarity with social media.
•Professional appearance and demeanor.
•Fixed Salary and Commission on deals achieved.
•Previous experience in Industrial safety equipment or FMCG preferred.
•Fluent English.
•Expertise in usage of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
•Must have own car with a valid driving license; transportation allowances are available.
