Description:
. Repair and upkeep of an employer's property, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings and other structures
. Good understanding of maintenance issues and possesses extensive
.Previous experience in a wide range of maintenance oriented Roles
. Planning, managing and controlling the maintenance budget.
. Authorizing the purchase of equipment as well as its maintenance or replacement .
.Required qualification:
. Ability to supervise a variety of personnel actions and direct a work force to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and orderly manner
.Bachelor degree prefer in Engineering.
. At least five years of successful supervisory experience.
.System user
.Well known experience of Microsoft office
. Giza residence
