A multinational is now hiring a Contact Center Agents:

- (Gross Salaries 3,000 L.E – 3,500 L.E / Month) with a profit share bonus every 6 months equivalent to 2 months’ salary as a bonus. - Social and Health Insurance.
- Extra bonus for overnight shifts.
-VPN Line/Mobile allowance!
- The multinational company is located in Ramses Square and is now hiring for their biggest accounts - The company has many great accounts such as (Barclays, Dell, Wind, Western Union, Expedia, Intel, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Siemens and DU)

Requirements:
- Fluent English spoken or any other foreign language.
- Committed for at least 6 months (No Military)
- Ambitious to perform and grow.

Job Description:
- To ensure client satisfaction by offering specialized advice.
- To actively listen and pay attention to client issues.

Job Nature:
- Rotational shifts and 5 days a week, 2 days off.
- Huge potential for promotion across the company.
- Door to door bus service to girls having night shifts.
